MORE than 2500 parking infringements in Mildura could have been impacted by the outsourcing of internal reviews of the penalties, a Victorian Ombudsman investigation has found.

Mildura Council was among the latest councils and agencies to have established a refund scheme after confirming it used a private contractor to provide processing services between 2007 and 2019.
