ROBINVALE is being held to ransom by the out-of-town owners of a burnt-out pub after they rejected an offer to sell the dilapidated site earlier this month, a local business leader says.

The much-loved Perrin Street pub was gutted by fire in December 2015 and has since stood in ruins, much to the frustration of locals.
