A MAGISTRATE has told an ice addict he "paints a good picture" of what happens when people get hooked on the drug after the man fronted court on drugs charges only months after being sentenced for trafficking methamphetamine.

On Wednesday Jacob Telford pleaded guilty to charges including possessing weapons, possessing cannabis and methamphetamine and drug-driving.
