TWO of Mildura's most popular hospitality venues "can't wait" to welcome back customers following the Andrews Government's loosening of dining restrictions for regional Victoria from Thursday.

The move to the government's third step from midnight Wednesday will allow pubs, restaurants and cafes to serve patrons both inside and outside under strict density rules.
