TEMPERATURES could return to the 20s for the first time in a month this weekend.

The Bureau of Meteorology was forecasting maximums of 21 degrees for both Saturday and Sunday, followed by 20 again on Monday.

Mildura hasn't recorded a temperature in the 20s since July 1.

In that time, daily maximums have ranged from 7.6 degrees to 19.9, while minimums have been between -2.2 and 8.9.
