THE Northern Victoria Resource Manager says the risk of spill for each of the Murray, Goulburn and Campaspe systems has not changed since the July 1 assessment.

Dr Mark Bailey said Victoria's share of the volume in Lake Hume had given the Murray system about a 60 per cent risk of spill.
