MILDURA Airport's instrument landing system (ILS) funding has been signed off by Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack, allowing the project to proceed.

Member for Mallee, Anne Webster, said the ILS allowed aircraft to operate and land in low visibility conditions such as fog and heavy rain.
