MILDURA councillor Mark Eckel says the COVID-19 pandemic is likely to influence plans for the future of the CBD and any community plans around Langtree Mall.

Cr Eckel, councillor for economic development and tourism, said over the next 15 years the city's CBD would go through its most "dynamic period in history".
