A MILDURA woman has been told to "get on with life" after she admitted to stealing a bottle of rum from a bottle shop.

The woman told Mildura Magistrates' Court this week she had been staying on the riverfront for two to three months when she entered a Bottle-O store in Swan Hill, placed a 700ml bottle of rum under her shirt and walked out without paying.
