MILDURA'S rental market is still facing supply and demand challenges, according to new Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) figures.

The Mallee region – including Mildura – recorded a rental vacancy rate of 1.6 per cent in January, which was a welcome increase from 1.4 per cent the same time last year.
