THREE power pole fires in Irymple cut power to nearly 200 residents on Sunday in the latest weather event following Friday's destructive storm.

Fire crews were called to Sandilong, Belar and Karadoc avenues on Sunday morning to put out three pole fires ignited by the combination of dust and rain.

Irymple Fire Brigade captain Steven Elms said crews attended the fires between 6am and 11.30am.
