THE Mildura Sister City Association says it is looking forward to continuing a long-standing relationship with Upland in the United States following the election of a new committee.

At the recent Mildura Sister City thanksgiving dinner and annual general meeting, long-serving committee member Max Whiting was recognised for more than four decades of service.
