ASPIRING pilot and Mildura local David Collins has secured a place in Cobham Aviation Services' cadet pilot program.

Mr Collins, who turned 20 this week, was the youngest Victorian selected from more than 400 applicants for the 53-week intensive residential program run by Flight Training Adelaide.
