WERRIMULL pulled off a comfortable victory over Meringur in horrid conditions at the Lake on Saturday to advance to second on the MFNL A Grade netball ladder.

Wind is a shooter’s worst enemy, and it blew up in spades during the encounter and things weren’t helped by rain, but that didn’t stop the Magpies from putting on an impressive display in front of some very hardy fans.
