THE Sunraysia Football Netball League (SFNL) season will start on July 25 after a special board meeting on Tuesday night.

League officials started gathering at 6pm at Mildura Harness Racing Club to decide the fate of the 2020 competition and, after a heated meeting for more than two hours, emerged with a start date for round 1.
