MILDURA’S two Supercars drivers had a tough pair of practice sessions at Pukekohe Raceway in Auckland on Friday.

Tickford Racing’s Cameron Waters finished 19th fastest in practice one and 13th fastest in practice two, with Kelly Racing’s Rick Kelly 21st and 19th across the two sessions in his 250th round in the championship.

Milwaukee Racing’s Will Davison topped the practice in the first go around and Tickford Racing’s Lee Holdsworth was quickest in practice two.

The Auckland SuperSprint event rolls on Saturday morning with a third practice session before one 70-lap race this afternoon.

Sunday is another 70km race to round out the event, No.11 of 15 on the Supercars calendar.
