AUSTRALIAN Modified Sedan Speedway Champion Jarod Waters has been named the Timmis Speedway Driver of the Year.

Despite the Mildura track being out of action for the majority of the season due to required lighting upgrades, local speedsters were still heavily involved across the 2022/23 campaign.
