A TOP 10 finish in Sunday’s opening Supercars Championship race for Rick Kelly helped the Kelly Racing driver gain valuable momentum for next month’s Bathurst 1000 season finale.

Kelly qualified ninth and finished in the same spot in Race 29 of the season on Sunday morning, before making ground and finishing 13th in the afternoon’s Race 30.
