IN reply to Jim Wilton (Sunaysia Daily, December 2), I’m only interested in our real planet earth and not some silly fantasy planet.

The CSIRO tells us that the southern hemisphere (population 800 million people) is a net CO2 and methane sink and the net source is the northern hemisphere (now 6900 million people) and ­Australia (just 25 million). Check it out and think it through.
