If Mildura Council plan to plant 500 trees around the CBD, then they want to make sure they keep up with all the maintenance that goes with it.
I’ve seen around the City and other places where that hasn’t happened. For example they don’t replace the straps that keep the trees straight and all the weeds don’t get sprayed.
