In reply to Ron Perry, I would like to ask Mr Perry if he believes it is acceptable to ask the ratepayers of Mildura, who are suffering badly from the Andrews Government’s unfair COVID restrictions, to pay more rates so council can spend more money?

Ratepayers are hurting and need relief, that’s a fact and not a right wing mantra.
