Minecraft Medieval Challenge for Mildura’s youth

YOUNG people are invited to take on the Minecraft Medieval Challenge as part of Mildura Rural City Council's upcoming FReeZA LAN Party Mildura.

The event will be run in partnership with Tech Lab and council's Youth Engagement Services.

The Minecraft Medieval Challenge involves competitors building their own medieval village, with each player allocated set materials and land plots.

This classic build-off competition will be judged on the best village design, based on creativity of design and neatness of construction.

Players will also take part in a second challenge, dubbed the Gladiator Ring.

Four prizes will be on offer, each winner receiving a $50 City Heart gift voucher.

Players can enter the Minecraft Medieval Challenge by visiting www.eventbrite.com.au and searching for "Mildura LAN Party".

Players are also encouraged to connect via Discord – simply search for Mildura LAN Party.

Full tournament rules will be available on council's website closer to the event.

FReeZA LAN Party Mildura will be held on Saturday from 9am to 3pm and is free for people aged 10 to 25 who live, work or study in the Mildura area.

This event will be fully supervised in accordance with FReeZA guidelines.

For more information contact council's Youth Development Officer Barbara Clifford on 5018 8100.
