HOUSING in Sunraysia is at a crisis point, locals claim.

After being offered a tent to sleep in with his newborn baby and partner, Wentworth father Robert Ramsay said the Sunraysia housing emergency is getting worse.

"They (Mallee Accommodation and Support Program (MASP)) gave me and my partner a tent for us and our newborn baby to live in down the river or caravan park," Ramsay said.
