A MILDURA woman, who was flown to the Alfred Hospital after suffering a heart attack this month, was left in the lurch when she was told she would "have to find her own way home".

Helen Holt was transferred from Mildura Base Hospital to Melbourne via air ambulance to have an angiogram with no medication, clothes or money and only the gown she was wearing.
