ALMOST $60,000 has been raised by a Mildura-based Victoria Police fundraising committee to buy lifesaving equipment for the Mildura Base Hospital (MBH) intensive care unit.

Two ventilators and two humidifiers valued at $48,000 were bought from Blue Ribbon Foundation funds to equip an additional resuscitation unit at the expanded ICU.
