MILDURA Base Public Hospital chief executive Terry Welch will take 12 months' leave beginning in February next year.

A memo was sent to MBPH staff at the end of October, informing them that Mr Welch would take long service leave from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.

The memo said Mr Welch planned to take a caravan trip around Australia with his wife.
