MANAGING stress is something that many people struggle with, whether it is the result of trauma or just dealing with everyday life.

A new workshop that is coming to Mildura is hoping to give locals another tool they can use to help alleviate their stress. Local counsellor Neville Starick will be coordinating the trauma release exercises workshop at the end of April.
