AMBULANCE wait and offload times at Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) have fallen but director of emergency medicine Dan Turner says there is still improvement to be made.

Performance data has shown MBPH transferred 86.8 per cent of ambulance patients to the emergency department within the 40-minute benchmark during the quarter to December.
