MILDURA Base Public Hospital (MBPH) interim chair Bob Cameron visited the site on Thursday to get the ball rolling on a "seamless" transition from private to public hands.

Mr Cameron met acting chief executive Adam Stevenson to discuss plans for the transition on September 15.
