RIDING in a trailer attached to the back of a Massey Ferguson tractor, prominent Merbein irrigator, powerlifter and football umpire Danny Lee was laid to rest on Wednesday.

Born on June 27, 1951, Danny lived a vibrant life over the course of 73 years, before passing away in the first week on May this year.
