IRYMPLE Football Netball Club president Dennis Mitchell has slammed the actions of a club supporter who was caught on video assaulting an Imperials player after the final siren of this year's SFNL grand final.

Mr Mitchell said the "moron" act by the supporter, who is not a member of the club, had tarnished a great game of football.
