DAKOTA Villiva says she never expected to take out the Bendigo Junior Football League's Under 18s best and fairest.

The 18-year-old, who has plied her trade for Gol Gol in the Sunraysia Women’s Football League and the Bendigo Pioneers’ girls in the NAB League, played 10 of 16 games for Bendigo-based side Golden Square this season, once Pioneers had finished, and certainly made an impact.
