SOMEWHAT fittingly, the two most successful football clubs in the MFNL will battle today at Johansen Memorial Reserve, Cullulleraine for the league’s 100th flag.

Between reigning premiers Bambill (30 titles) and Werrimull (19) they will own half of the competition’s titles when the dust settles down by the Lake.

The significance of the occasion is not lost on Werrimull coach Sam Priest.
