BEFORE taking to the field for their Coates Talent League match in Mildura last weekend, Bendigo Pioneers girls head coach Whitney Kennedy and three of her local squad members ran a junior girls football clinic.

Held on Saturday at Sarah Oval, the session underlined the Pioneers devotion to supporting their wider regional bases while growing the women’s game.
