MERINGUR’S new coach Rob Bowden says an urge to return to football prompted him taking on the Roos’ top job ahead of the 2021 Millewa Football League season.

The 46-year-old former Robinvale footballer, who was previously listed by Hawthorn, has moved back to Sunraysia to Mildura from Melbourne after about 15 years away from the district.
