FORMER Wentworth midfielder Kobe Mutch is among five players who have been delisted by Essendon after the Bombers' poor season.

Mutch, who was drafted at pick 42 in 2016, was not offered a new deal after exit meetings with the club in recent days.

Former North Melbourne midfielder Mitch Hibberd, forwards Josh Begley and Noah Gown and ruckman Shaun McKernan were also cut from the list.
