Sunraysia seeks NAB League game

AFL Sunraysia has advocated for AFL Victoria to schedule a Bendigo Pioneers game in Sunraysia so players such as Caleb Ernst (Wentworth, rear) may be able to play NAB League football in their home region.

AFL SUNRAYSIA has pushed for a NAB League game to be held in Sunraysia as the state’s premier under-18 football competition heads to the regions for its restart next month.

The NAB League this week said round 1 of the under-18 boys competition would go ahead for regional teams on August 22 with the Bendigo Pioneers to host the Murray Bushrangers in Bendigo.
