SUNRAYSIA Football Netball League president Paul Matheson is keeping an “open mind” about AFL Victoria’s decision to appoint an area manager in Sunraysia.

Matheson has been critical of the AFL’s handling of a number of issues in recent months, including the axing of Sunraysia’s football development manager.
