ELDERS and its shareholders have had their Delta Ag takeover left hanging by the ACCC after the consumer watchdog suspended the timeline it had set to consider information provided by the parties.

Its original proposed date for the announcement of its findings has not only been delayed; the ACCC is yet to reveal any date for a revised decision.
