A DODGY labour hire service provider has been caught out advertising for grape picking work in Mildura while not licensed to do so.

The Labour Hire Licensing Authority prosecuted Gobally Talent Group Pty Ltd and Sheng-Yao Ho as being directly or indirectly knowingly concerned in, or party to, the contraventions.
