A PETITION to be tabled before Mildura Council on Thursday requests that culverts be developed underneath Rudds Road, Iraak.

The 400 hectare Bullock Swamp is currently divided by a 1.6km section of the road, impeding natural floodplain flows from entering the swamp's northern section.
