THE Ouyen Lake Committee was hopeful a Mildura Council rubbish collection service would be offered to the site, despite the lake not residing on council-owned or managed land.
Bins have not been installed at the man-made lake, which opened in October 2018, with visitors to the site asked to take their rubbish with them when they leave.
