LEADING fruit and vegetable company Costa Group has announced plans for a large-scale packing shed and expanded citrus holdings in Sunraysia after a year of strong growth.

The company is acquiring properties to increase its Sunraysia citrus footprint to at least 700 hectares over the coming calendar year, executive officer Harry Debney said in an announcement to investors this week.
