A CALIFORNIA-based agribusiness has reached a settlement with a Sunraysia table grape grower who admitted propagating proprietary varieties without authorisation.

Variety development and licensing company Sun World International and the unidentified grower agreed to settlement terms that include the removal of unauthorised vines and payments to the US company totalling $325,000.
