THERE are fears proposed changes to the Goulburn to Murray water trade rule could have an adverse impact on Sunraysia irrigators.

The water trade rule has been under State Government review following concerns prolonged high volumes of water were destroying Goulburn River banks, vegetation and fish habitat.
