A MILDURA South grower is appealing to Mildura councillors over a council planning department sanction that he says has prevented his family business providing accommodation for workers.

The table-grape property has been in the Lando family for more than 50 years and over that time has accommodated hundreds of seasonal workers in small "pickers hut" quarters.
