Everything looks cool for Duxton wine grapes

HARVESTING in cooler overnight temperatures will help boost the quality of Sunraysia's wine grapes this season, according to Duxton Vineyards general manager Wayne Ellis.

And because of this, Mr Ellis said, workers had been on the ground at Duxton from 8pm during harvest, in preparation for the first pick-up of fruit at midnight.
