Vinnies hay drive brings salvation to the Millewa

MILLEWA farmers will receive some much-needed relief when truckloads of hay reach the drought-stricken region next week.

On Wednesday, St Vincent de Paul Society volunteer Chris Pye and his brother John, a member of the Rotary Club of Portland, marked the beginning of the hay drive by delivering a bale by ute to the Millewa.
