A NEW vibrant mural has been created at Merbein P10 as part of a week-long NAIDOC celebration.

Semaphore-based artist Scott Rathman, also known as Rusted Tin, created the mural and hosted workshops with a limited number of students around the message of 'make kindness the new normal'.
