AFTER experiencing a difficult childhood, leaving home and dropping out of school at a young age, Gemma Forrest’s biggest insecurity in life was that she wasn’t smart.

Today, she graduates from La Trobe university with an impressive academic record, having successfully completed a Bachelors degree in Human Services and a Masters in Social Work.
